Nickles & Dimes ??? - YOU KEEP THEM !! - At More Management Services, it is not our policy to "nickle & dime" Corporations by charging for every staple, stamp, copy, envelope, paper, etc. used in preparing day-to-day administrative notices, management reports, etc.  You pay only for postage and copying expenses for your Declaration and Bylaw packages that go out to new owners, as well as for your Annual General Meeting and Budget mailings, and newsletters - THAT'S IT !! NO surprise postage/copying expenses at month-end from us !
   
Big Bucks ??? - YOU KEEP THEM TOO !! - We'll help prevent your corporation from paying out for prior owner negligence - like yards destroyed by puppies - by performing thorough inspections before issuing status certifiicates. We'll include a clause advising the new owner that they are responsible for the maintenance of all changes, alterations, and additions made to the exterior by the previous resident - like air conditioners, extra yard fences, etc., so they are not coming back to you.
   
Weekly site inspections by the Property Manager assure that any corporation bylaw infractions are dealt with quickly.  COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT, and we appreciate feedback from all residents. It's our job to ensure that your site is the best it can be, but we still need your help !
   
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED !! - We pride ourselves on the paper trails we create, from our daily log sheets to detailing your specifiications. All required site maintenance is issued to reputable contractors through a purchase order. Upon receipt of the invoice, the work is inspected by the Property Manager to ensure quality workmanship and compliance to specifications before the invoice is approved for payment.This prevents any problems with shoddy or incomplete repairs, and results in satisfiied homeowners.
